DigitalFlow GF868 - Flare Gas Mass Ultrasonic Flowmeter
The GF868 flare gas flowmeter improves the efficiency of
petrochemical plants, refineries and offshore platforms. It uses a
proprietary algorithm to determine instantaneously the molecular weight
and mass flow rate of the flare gas. The meter is used to conserve
energy and reduce product loss by identifying sources of leaks into the
flare systems. It also helps improve compliance with pollution-control
regulations and reduces energy usage by accurately controlling the
amount of steam fed to the flare tip.
The GF868 flowmeter operates reliably even under unsteady flow,
pulsating pressure, varying composition and temperature, harsh
environments and the wide flow ranges typical of flare systems. Flow
velocity is measurable from 0.1 to 394 ft/s (0.03 to 120 m/s) in pipes
or stack sizes up to 120 in (3 m) in diameter. There are no moving parts
or orifices to wear or clog. The GF868 flow measurement is independent
of the gas properties, and it does not require regular maintenance

DigitalFlow GM868 - General Purpose Gas Ultrasonic Flowmeter
The DigitalFlow™ GM868 general-purpose flowmeter measures gas flow in
pipes or ducts ranging from ½ in (1.27 cm) tubing to flue stacks greater
than 25 ft (7.6 m) in diameter with appropriate transducers. Innovative
configurations for installation of its ultrasonic transducers meet pipe
or duct size and other application-oriented requirements. This
obstructionless meter has very wide rangeability, causes no pressure
drop, and requires no regular maintenance. Analog and digital outputs in
velocity and actual volumetric flow rate are standard.

DigitalFlow XGM868i - Gas Flow Ultrasonic Transmitter
The XGM868i gas flow transmitter is a low-cost, transmitter-based
version of the GM868 general-purpose gas flowmeter. Like the GM868
flowmeter, the XGM868i transmitter uses the ultrasonic transit-time
technique for measuring gas flow. It measures flow in virtually every
gas in any pipe or duct size from 1 to 120 in (2.5 cm to 3 m) and
larger.
The transmitter is weatherproof and approved for use in hazardous
areas. The wetted transducer designs offer low pressure drop, low
maintenance, and accurate measurement over a wide range of flows and
compositions.

PanaFlow Meter System - Integrated Ultrasonic Flowmeter
The GE PanaFlowTM Meter System wetted ultrasonic flowmeter
product for liquids, gases or steam that uses standardized flowmeter
body designs with options for one or two-path ultrasonic transducers,
and local or remote flowmeter electronics. The PanaFlow Meter System is
designed for applications such as natural gas, fuel gas, hydrocarbon
liquids or gases, solvents, weak acids, water, and saturated or
superheated steam.
The PanaFlow Meter System offers the benefits of ultrasonic flow
measurement, including no pressure drop, no moving parts to replace and
extremely low maintenance, in a complete flowmeter system package that
is preferred in the chemical, oil and gas, and other industries for
permanent installation in rugged process environments.
