XDP Explosion-Proof Display/Power Supply
The XDP display package provides a microprocessor-based,
explosion-proof control platform for the XMO2 thermoparamagnetic oxygen
transmitter, the XMTC thermal conductivity transmitter or any other
4-20mA output transmitter.
The rugged XDP display/controller is microprocessor-based and
certified to Class 1, Division1, Groups B,C,D and ATEX EEx d IIC T6.
Most importantly, the unit features an infrared, thru-glass touch
keypad, which allows complete access to all of the XDP user programmable
features including output type, range selection, automatic calibration,
and error handling. The IR keypad feature allows field engineers to
interact with the analyzer through the front display without the need of
opening the enclosure and thus avoiding the need for traditional hot
work permits.
Optional XDP software for use with the XMTC for
hydrogen analysis on hydrogen cooled electric generators provides a
powerful platform for this application. During normal hydrogen cooled
electric generator startup, air is displaced with carbon dioxide, which
in turn is displaced with hydrogen. Because of its high thermal
conductivity, hydrogen cooled generators use hydrogen as the purge gas
to cool the generator and maximize its output and life. During shutdown,
hydrogen is displaced with carbon dioxide, which is then purged with
air. Carbon dioxide is used as the intermediate purge gas during the
startup and shutdown stages for safety, as air (20.9 percent oxygen) and
hydrogen are a potentially explosive gas mixture. - click here - to downlaod the XDP datasheet

TMO2D Display & Power Supply
The TMO2D is an optional display and control module that
enhances the performance and operation of transmitters such as the
XMO2, XMTC or O2X1. It provides a two-line x 24-character backlit LCD
display, display and option programming via keyboard, recorder outputs,
alarm relays, and relays for driving sample system solenoids for
automatic zero and span calibration, as well as a 24 VDC power supply
for the transmitter. The TMO2D also provides microprocessor-based oxygen
signal compensation for improved accuracy for the TMO2 transmitter.
Autoverification/Autocalibration
The TMO2D provides long-term, hands-off operation with
this optional feature. When initiated, the TMO2D controls solenoid
valves in the sample system to bring zero and span gases to the
transmitter. Then TMO2D software compares the calibration gas readings
with factory data to verify proper calibration. If an adjustment is
necessary, the TMO2D makes corrections automatically and notifies the
user via the front panel display and alarm contacts. - click here - to download the TMO2D datasheet

PSDA Display & Power Supply
The PSDA is a low-cost option for general purpose
applications requiring a local or remote display. It is intended to be
used in conjunction with a variety of 4 to 20 mA output transmitters.
A separate power supply is needed for transmitters with
power requirements that exceed 24 VDC at 30 mA. Please consult GE for
details. - click here - to download the PSDA datasheet

Moisture Image Series 1 Analyzer
The Moisture Image Series 1 is the multichannel,
multifunction top-of-the-line model in the GE moisture series analyzer
family. The Moisture Image Series 1 measures moisture, pressure and
temperature in non-aqueous liquids and gases. There is also an option
for measuring oxygen concentration in gases. In addition, the auxiliary
inputs can accept readings from any sensor with 0/4 to 20 mA or 0 to 4 V
output, including a variety of GE process control instruments. This
feature makes the Moisture Image Series 1 a true multifunction analyzer,
providing cost savings through system integration.
For additional cost savings, the Moisture Image Series 1
is available with up to six channels to significantly reduce the
cost-per-measurement point while providing a variety of configurations
to meet the needs of specific applications.
This state-of-the-art instrument features simultaneous
real-time display of six points of moisture, oxygen, temperature,
pressure and other data from up to six channels on a large, backlit
liquid crystal display (LCD). Menu-driven function keys provide easy
access to data displayed in matrix and line-graph formats.
The Moisture Image Series 1 is complemented by the
Moisture Image Series probe. It measures moisture, temperature and
pressure, eliminating the need for additional external pressure
transmitters and related power supplies. It is suitable for laboratory
and industrial moisture measurement applications in gases and
non-aqueous liquids over a wide range of process conditions. The
Moisture Image Series 1 can also be used with any Panametrics moisture
probe configuration. All moisture probe calibrations are NIST traceable. - click here - to download the MIS1 datasheet

Moisture Monitor Series 3 Analyzer
The Moisture Monitor Series 3 Analyzer (MMS 3) analyzer is a single-
or dual-channel analyzer with a two-line, alphanumeric LCD for moisture,
oxygen, temperature and other parameters. It is available as a
battery-powered portable with data logging, making it ideal for spot
sampling and storing data from one or two locations without
reprogramming. It also offers built-in intrinsic safety for all sensor
inputs. The MMS 3 is available in rack, bench, panel, weatherproof and
explosion-proof packages.
A complete MMS 3 system consists of the MMS 3, a moisture probe,
interconnection probe cable and an optional sample system. The MMS 3 can
also use the nondepleting oxygen cell to allow oxygen measurement.
